Upon completion in June 2014, the hos! pital will include private patient rooms, a new Pediatric Inte! nsive Care Unit, and a new expanded Emergency Department.
The registered nurse provides nursing care to patients in the primary care pediatrics practices as directed by providers.
The position is responsible for triaging phone calls, patient flow, and assisting providers as necessary with examination, procedures and administration of immunizations which are adapted to the patient’s developmental stage
Collaborates with office manager and Physician in Charge to facilitate day to day operations within the office.
1. Performs the essential functions as delineated in the staff nurse - RN job description.
2. Coordinates daily staffing of office and manages overtime.
3. Provides conflict and problem resolution.
4. Conducts team meetings. Coordinates other meetings as requested.
5. Monitors orientation of new clinical associates.
