The Talent Development Officer is responsible for supporting the operations of the Talent Development team within DeakinTALENT. The position plays a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of Talent Development events and the annual program of workshops, programs and related projects.
The Officer will coordinate the social media campaign and provide marketing admin support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the coordination and delivery of Talent Development programs, services and offerings for students, graduates and employers.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of online and in-person Employer and Divisional events, including venue logistics, catering, communications and promotions.
- Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of Talent Development operations and processes.
- Plan and operationlise the Graduate Employment social media campaign promoting our events, services and offerings to students.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing support to key stakeholders regarding events and Talent Development initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, and University-wide stakeholders, to achieve divisional outcomes
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
