Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay! Rate: 47.50 *
ACUTE CARE hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in their HOME HEALTH UNIT. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a physical therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of ! motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. The se! ttings worked in include:

Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine
Required Qualifications
Must have a valid driving license with less than 3 moving violations.
At least 3-5 years of inpatient/outpatient experience.
No new grads, no PTA's
Preferred Qualifications
Home health experience is highly preferred. If they do not have Home Health experience they HAVE to have a solid PT background
