What does the role involve?
You perform an effective and professional hiring experience with these enthusiastic candidates. You like working together, achieving results and you make sure that the responsible hiring managers are always well informed about the pipeline of candidates and progress of the procedures. You are continuously striving for improvements and you know how to enthusiastically convey this to your HR and recruitment team.
As an International Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for:
- Recruitment
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Employer Branding
- Direct Searching & Sourcing
- Campus Recruitment
- Stakeholder Management
- You will be partially involved in relocating candidates to the Netherlands

What you need is:
- A bachelors degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter
- Experience in recruiting international candidates
- Experience with (direct) sourcing through different channels
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of the Dutch language or the willingness to learn it
