At Hilti Netherlands in Berkel & Rodenrijs, Rotterdam we are looking for an energetic, hands-on International Corporate Recruiter who will support us in extending our international team within one of the best employers in the Netherlands!

What does the role involve?

As an International Corporate Recruiter, you and your 2 recruitment colleagues are responsible for the total recruitment process, including the employer branding of Hilti Nederland and the Hilti Global BIM Competence Center. Within this role, you are mainly responsible for recruiting technical engineers in BIM on a global scale. Your main focus is to create enthusiasm amongst candidates who are eager to work at this Great Place to Work Hilti.

You perform an effective and professional hiring experience with these enthusiastic candidates. You like working together, achieving results and you make sure that the responsible hiring managers are always well informed about the pipeline of candidates and progress of the procedures. You are continuously striving for improvements and you know how to enthusiastically convey this to your HR and recruitment team.

As an International Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for:
  • Recruitment

  • Direct Searching & Sourcing
  • Campus Recruitment
  • Stakeholder Management
  • You will be partially involved in relocating candidates to the Netherlands

What you need is:

  • A bachelors degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter
  • Experience in recruiting international candidates
  • Experience with (direct) sourcing through different channels
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language or the willingness to learn it
