Our main markets are France, Italy, Greece, and Spain. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence and Naples in Italy; Athens in Greece; Hamburg in Germany and Asturias and Bilbao in Spain.
We are hiring a Traffic Manager who is used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
- Projects development to automise internal crew procedures and support the transition to 100AC
- KPIs definition and measurement
Program design principles
- Link between Strategy and all Operations departments to ensure operational integrity and costs optimization
- Flight Program analysis and risk assessments on crew, ground operations and maintenance side
- Crew Pairing production and analysis to optimize crew stability and fatigue management
Roster Maintenance
- Link between Crew and stakeholders to ensure Roster maintenance in terms of:
- Operation – ensuring operational feasibility along with Crew Scheduling, Crew Control and Crew Management teams
- Training – maintaining recurrent and initial training both ground and in flight
- Maintaining SBY levels
- BH balance – monitor rolling and monthly block hours to ensure the operation during high season, and mitigate extra costs during low season
- FTL Compliance
- Others
- To ensure ac and crew capacity are aligned
- To monitor fleet balance and support on Monthly tail assignment
What you need:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, crew scheduling)
- A high understanding of the aviation operational environment
- Knowledge of EASA FTL’s
- Resilient with proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations, while working within a very fast-moving environment.
- Excellent people skills - good communication under pressure and good telephone/email manners.
- Flight and Crew Management Systems experience, especially in AIMS (preferable).
- Proficiency in reporting, business intelligence, and data management will be a plus
- High level in English (spoken and written).
