Join our local traffic control team and become a Certified Flagger. We are a local Idaho company that specializes in managing traffic for utility companies and their affiliates. We are a team of highly trained and skilled flaggers that specialize in temporary traffic control.
We pay some of the highest wages in the industry and have many employees that have been with us for years. This is a year-round job, not seasonal. Many of our proven senior/lead flaggers have company trucks. These flaggers can also participate in our Emergency Rotation that pays $35 per hour for emergency on-call jobs.
On the job training wage is $16 per hour until you get your Flagger Certification.
Job Duties/Requirments:
Set up traffic control work zones and flag traffic with signs and equipment in a variety of road environments.
Read traffic control plans and set up accordingly.
Effectivly communicate with co-workers, contractors and the public.
Lift up to 50 pounds—bend, reach and move with equipment.
Work outdoors while standing for 8-10 hours.
Strictly observe safety regulations.
Ability to travel within state is a bonus. Hotels and/or per diems paid.
