Technical Account Manager [Israel]


 

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to expand our Technical Pre-Sales team. Our ideal candidate has a technical orientation, project management skills sales/business development experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in a technological revolution.

We are located in Jerusalem and work in a hybrid mode

What will your job look like:

  • Own customer accounts, serve as the voice of customers within Mobileye, identify business opportunities, and nurture and grow accounts.
  • Serve as a project manager during customer evaluation projects and pre-sales phase
  • Bridge between internal and external interfaces through matrix management.
  • Lead and facilitate technical discussions with technology teams and customers.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitive analysis, and industry news
  • Work hands-on keeping in the small details while maintaining a clear big picture
  • Own proof of concept projects through all project stages – setting goals, and timelines, overseeing installation and bug solving, and overseeing version management
  • Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joint workshops

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management / Project management
  • Experience in global customer-facing positions, preferably technical pre-sales, business development or customer success
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Experience with managing people in a matrix environment - preferred
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary organization – preferred
