The Job:
- Responsible for managing sales activities for both ODM and OEM accounts. For instance ODM including Quanta and OEM including Google and HP. Reporting to vertical sales director
- Acquaintance and experience in analog (timing products), power (digital and/or analog), FPGA, CPLD, Audio codec is prefeerred
- Develop strong working relationship internally with US vertical team and externally with ODM and OEM customers to ensure seamless working model
- Develop and execute account business plan including targets, strategies and tactical plans to grow both revenues and design-in activities locally and globally
- Anticipate and understand customers’ technical and business requirement relative to Renesas product and service capability. Provide Renesas product solution with its value to meet customers’ needs
- Ability to proactively communicate with BU marketing and technical supports counterparts to resolve business issues
- Manage to collect and maintain updated market information from industey and customer corporate strategies and directions and come up plans to execute efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries, needs, complaints and quality issues. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
- Working and report to GAM by providing regular business data input including customer demand forecast, revenue backlog and billing, design-ins and wins
- Provide and maintain necessary business data including customer demand forecast, revenue backlog and billing at regular basis and report to the company
- Maintain complete customer contact and company profile database and action item tracking systems
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external activity reports
- Any other duties assigned by the company and supervisor
