As the Referral Marketer, you’ll join our growing team of marketing professionals and help drive Mintos’ growth internationally. You will be responsible design, implementing, and managing a successful referral program that drives customer acquisition, increases brand awareness, and fosters customer loyalty.

In the Marketing team, you will grow investor base and investment amount through referral program and ensure the growth of Mintos!
What you’ll do:
- Own Mintos referral program
- Develop and execute a comprehensive referral program strategy, aligning it with the company's marketing and business objectives
- Design referral program structures, including incentive models, rewards, and referral tracking mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the referral program into various marketing channels and campaigns
- Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the referral program's effectiveness, using the insights to optimize the program and make date-driven decisions
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and optimization, based on data-driven insights and industry best practices
- Nurture relationships with existing customers and advocates, collecting feedback, providing support, incentives, and ongoing communication
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging referral marketing strategies to continually enhance the program's effectiveness
Your professional skills and background:
- 2+ years of professional experience in online marketing or customer acquisition roles
- Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship building
- Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, and performance marketing KPI’s
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
