As a People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d), you will provide support to one of our warehouses and be responsible for end-to-end management of people processes and policies. You will be providing advisory, coaching, to Warehouse leadership team, initiate and implement appropriate people interventions to drive organisational effectiveness and develop a positive working environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- deliver end-to-end People & Culture policies, processes, and tools
- support and facilitate People & Culture activities, including onboarding, development, leadership coaching, employee lifecycle feedback, engagement, and recognition
- identify and act on data trends and metrics
- provide operational day-to-day support and insights, optimise work schedules and ensure appropriate level of staffing
- continuously assess organizational effectiveness, and implement appropriate interventions on an ongoing basis
YOU COME WITH
- experience from a business-driven business partner role in an e-commerce or production environment
- sense of urgency, can do attitude, and a self-directed manner
- passion for people and culture profession,
- empathy, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of Polish labour law
- working knowledge of English
