n your new role you will: 1

.Manage a team of technical writers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets Infineon standards and guidelines. 2

.Create high-quality technical documentation in both English and Chinese, including datasheets, application notes, user manuals, online help files, API documentation, and other technical documentation using DITA. 3

.Manage and deliver translation and localization projects by working with Infineon teams and approved vendors while ensuring technical accuracy, usability, adherence to Infineon style and tone, and cultural appropriateness, and within budget. 4

.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish thorough, efficient, timely, and trackable review and release of technical documentation. 5

.Ensure that documentation adheres to Infineon branding, messaging, style, and tone guidelines. 6

.Ensure that all documentation is delivered on time and within budget. 7

.Ensure that the team adheres to best practices and Infineon standards for technical writing, translation, and localization. 8

.Proactively follow up on customer feedback and community discussions to keep documentation accurate, complete, updated. 9

.Create, release, and maintain clear and concise documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical users. 1

0.Develop and maintain documentation style guides, templates, and other resources to support the team.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: 1

.Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field. 2

.Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in the technology industry. 3

.Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team of technical writers. 4

.Strong technical writing, editing, and analytical skills with theability to write clear and concise documentation. 5

.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English andChinese. 6

.Experience with translation and localization of technicaldocumentation. 7

.Proficiency in DITA and experience with documentation tools andsoftware, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, and DITA tools. 8

.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
