Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager based out of Chandler, AZ. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman - Launch Vehicles Program Integration team, an organization of highly skilled and diverse individuals responsible for providing Classified solutions and services across the division, and driving superior business performance through a robust, secure, cost-effective classified spaces which enables collaboration and strategic business partnering to foster program achievements. This position will support classified area initiatives and operations for multiple designated Launch Vehicles Programs.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in interfacing with management to establish and align digital systems and technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Guide a team of system analysts and technical subject matter experts to support information systems pertaining to digital manufacturing, engineering, and quality in closed areas.
  • Lead a team in the development and implementation of mission critical information systems to promote a digital manufacturing and engineering landscape.
  • Assist in development of classified manufacturing applications portfolio and ensure that projects are consistent with the goals of the business.
  • Interface with management and engineering to develop and clarify project specifications and advise on technical feasibility of projects.
  • Interface with corporate IT resources to understand and comply with established standards and data reporting requirements.
  • Support audits via maintaining compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Work with leadership to drive cost savings through strategic planning and efficient use of available resources.
  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree w/ minimum of 5 years related experience. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • **An active/current Dod/secret clearance is required to be considered for the position


Salary Range: $106,400 USD - $155,600 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
