Tattoodo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with tattoo artists, assisting them in leveraging Tattoodo's services to achieve their business goals and leading the recruitment and verification of new tattooers joining our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our community of tattoo artists.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tattoo artists on the Tattoodo platform: You will serve as the main point of contact, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to help them optimize their performance and succeed on the platform.

  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with our sales team to identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue through new and existing partnerships with tattoo artists.

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies: Increase engagement among tattoo artists by developing and implementing effective strategies to improve conversion and enhance overall engagement on the Tattoodo platform.

  • Contribute to the verification and vetting process: Play a key role in the verification and vetting process of all artists joining the Tattoodo platform, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and uphold a high level of professionalism.

  • Provide regular reports and utilize data: Deliver regular reports on community health and engagement to management, utilizing data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news: Keep yourself informed about the latest trends, news, and developments in the tattoo industry, and effectively communicate relevant information to the Tattoodo team and community.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the tattoo industry or a related field

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Proven track record in account management and customer success

  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the tattoo industry and familiarity with Tattoodo's platform is a plus
