What you will do:
  • Conduct accurate filing of all clinical records for all patient files.
  • Be responsible for data input and processing of payroll information for Home Health office consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency.
  • Maintain current files and storage files in accordance with current Agency requirements.
  • Be Responsible for medical supplies including ordering inventory and inputs charge slips.
  • Perform and close medical record audit including tracking of missing patient information.

Who you are

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Two-years of data entry experience (preferred)
  • One year of medical, work comp or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
