- Conduct accurate filing of all clinical records for all patient files.
- Be responsible for data input and processing of payroll information for Home Health office consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency.
- Maintain current files and storage files in accordance with current Agency requirements.
- Be Responsible for medical supplies including ordering inventory and inputs charge slips.
- Perform and close medical record audit including tracking of missing patient information.
Who you are
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Two-years of data entry experience (preferred)
- One year of medical, work comp or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
