Your tasks
- Identification of customer needs (preparation of machine installation, service contracting, repair job planning)
- Refining customer training curriculum, managing and educating trainers on Kumovis R1
- Enabling field engineers to work with the machine (e.g. defining work procedures, trainings, visit scheduling)
- Documentation of actions in ServiceMax
- Occasional onsite visits at customer as a further escalation
You have
- Technical Bachelor or Master of any kind
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in customer care and excellent communication skills (2-3 years’ experience)
- At best 3D Printing skills
- Highly motivated and open minded, also great team-worker
