WH Europe is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to join its Property and Development teams.

WH Europe is a hotel and commercial real estate investment group, with properties in Greece, Cyprus, Romania and Germany. Our expert team handles all aspects of hotel, resort and mixed-use developments. Our strategy focuses on acquiring, redeveloping and repositioning assets. What is the challenge?
Monitoring the performance of the existing real estate portfolio
Managing budget control and assisting with standardizing budget reports
Coordinating & supporting due diligence processes for real estate transactions
Analyzing investment properties
Preparing investment memorandums and proposals for the management
Developing, reviewing, and optimizing financial models based on forward looking performance projections to assess KPIs and project returns
Daily close collaboration with investment partners and various stakeholders
Supporting existing investment strategy
To be successful in this role, your experience should include
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate acquisitions (asset & share deals); development and construction processes; real estate valuation; and/or hotel industry; and/or banking and finance
Analytical and solution-oriented skills
Knowledge of real estate markets and asset classes
Team player and a strong communicator. Must be able to work and communicate with various external and internal parties
Strong MS Suite Skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills. Must be able to work on various projects simultaneously (individually and within a team) and meet project deadlines
Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written)
Will be considered as an advantage:
Prior experience with dealing/assisting with the acquisition and/or asset management and/or operations of hotels
