Roles & Responsibilities
- Position: Admin Assistant (Admin / Support/ Invoice)
- Location: Blk 9 Jalan Kukoh
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6.30pm/ 5 Days per week
- Salary : $1600 to $2000
- Duration: Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s general administrative activities to ensure smooth operations
- Assist to key billing/invoices.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, emails enquiries and handles all correspondences.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience.
- Have good communication skills and fluent in common language
- A good team player
