Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position: Admin Assistant (Admin / Support/ Invoice)
  • Location: Blk 9 Jalan Kukoh
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6.30pm/ 5 Days per week
  • Salary : $1600 to $2000
  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage company’s general administrative activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist to key billing/invoices.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, emails enquiries and handles all correspondences.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience.
  • Have good communication skills and fluent in common language
  • A good team player
