Sales and Clinical support specialist (Heart Structural Diseases)
Job Description:
Hybrid role, expertise and assistance on Heart Structural Diseases and transcatheter valves. Managing accounts in region of responsibility in terms of sales.
Provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance.
Train physicians and nursing staff on the use of the products and provide technical support.
Solve potential product recalls, misuses, or malfunctions for customers in an expeditious and highly satisfactory manner.
Monitor and promote customer use of products to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company’s mission, values, and financial objectives.
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
Coordinate all necessary actions for participation in public tenders
Participate in meetings and presentations with team members.
Be comfortable in a physician and clinician/patient environment with sensitive data.
Knowledge of medical instrumentation is a plus.
Candidate Profile:
University Degree. Biomedical engineering or another medical device focused degree will be a strong asset
At least three (3) years of experience in a relevant role at Heart Structural Diseases and transcatheter valves
Customer focus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an asset
Knowledge of computer use, Microsoft Office®, ERP
