Manage the 8-Week Rolling Schedule for a specific time period from conception /scope identification to field execution. Manages all facets to ensure company goals and commitments are identified in the schedules and those activities are ready and executed in the field with the correct priorities. Ensures that permits, special requirements, parts and work documents are complete and ready to work prior to the execution of work in the field. Ensures that management, planners and other support organizations have the latest schedule information, and priorities at a four week look ahead in order to maximize production. Manage work scope identification to efficiently utilize resources with other tasks, plant conditions and outages.
Provides interface guidance between Maintenance, Construction, Startup, and Commissioning activities and overlapping work activities. The work week specialist is responsible for integration coordination and execution of these activities.
Ensures that work scheduled to be completed during assigned work weeks have been communicated to other organizations that have interface or impacts associated with that work. Continuous communication among Work Planning, Engineering, Scheduling, Construction and Procurement. Generates a schedule of work for two weeks out of four, identifying problems and priorities before the work execution week and manages that schedule from inception to execution.
This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS
Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.
Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
Administrative, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MSOffice programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Primavera P6 experience preferred
Make modifications to the scheduling as necessary to achieve maximum use of resources including balancing priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability.
Responsible for understanding plant business processes as they pertain to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Work Control.
Performs analysis of Work Execution/Scheduling and develops reports, charts and graphs/metrics to accurately measure Work Execution performance
Rotating Weekend Plan of the Day coverage is required

Performs desk work, including writing, computer workstation processes, and telephone operation. Arranges for and/or performs presentations, oral reports, planning meetings, and other formal and informal contacts, requiring long periods of sitting. Oversees field activities through inspections, testing and equipment operations, which requires walking, standing, bending, and turning along with wearing of personal protective equipment. Occasional loading, transport, and unloading of tools and/or supplies specific to an activity.
This position is located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) and works a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rotating Weekend Plan of the Day coverage is required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $107,462.78 - $169,763.78 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
