Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations to ensure they meet production standards.
- Establishing quality standards for products a company produces.
- Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.
- Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.
- Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company.
- Removing products that do not meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team.
- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
- Basic Quality Control Certificate.
- 5 years experience.
- Understanding of QMS: ISO 90001 and 45001.
- Basic knowledge of NDT methods.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Mechanical measuring instruments.
- Work under pressure.
- Completion of records.
- Computer literate.
- Toolbox talks.
- Quality Awareness.
- Good communication both verbal and written.
