Secretary/ Administrative Assistant (FT) [Kuwait]


 

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars.
  • Coordinate with clients for the payments.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Draft contracts in Arabic.
  • Provide support around office as needed.
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
  • Manage database entry and client files.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Document financial information.
  • Organize and distribute messages.
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to read and write Arabic.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent in Microsoft office, excel, printing orders.
