Job Description:
- Manages the design, development, and approval of business requirements for the Client functional areas to interact with Epic Payer Platform.
- Responsible for convening and leading workgroups from Risk Adjustment, Care Management and HEDIS/Quality to understand how they operate today, document current state processes and gain input on how the teams want to interact with Epic Payer Platform.
- Resource will be responsible for facilitating sessions with 10-15 workgroup members who at times lack engagement.
- The PM will need to actively engage members and solicit the requirements necessary to design the future state.
- The PM will also need to engage with Client IT, Enterprise Architecture, Health Data Strategy and Epic to gain insights into how the desired future state aligns with Epic's functionality and workflows.
- The work needs to be completed on an aggressive timeline. Assignment is broad in nature and complex in scope.
- Generally, requires 5 to 8 years of professional experience directly related Electronic Medical Records including Epic. Fully competent professional.
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiable):
- Electronic Medical Record Knowledge (Preferred Epic)
- Experience leading the definition and documentation of business requirements.
- Large group facilitation
Preferred Skills (nice to have)
- Epic EMR
