HR Operations Specialist

As a HR Operations Specialist for HR Services Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will work together with Regional HR Center of Expertise (COE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services.
Your responsibilities
- Understanding business situation, need and meeting hiring goals in coordination with the Talent Partner
- Providing support for Talent Requisition activities like university events, early talent, etc.
- Having multiple internal systems update, requisition approval & maintenance
- Being responsible for job posting and creating CV shortlist
- Arranging interviews and logistics support
- Performing reference checks if applicable
- Coordinating with vendor/agency
Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in HR recruitment function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
- Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
- Collaboration and networking skills
- Excellent speaking & written in English
