Account Administrator [Ireland]


 

ECS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a client based in Limerick.

Our client is a leading provider of Data, Voice, and Wireless Network Solutions in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bank transactions, including entries and lodgements, and report balances to the Managing Director
  • Handle the purchase ledger, including monthly creditor reconciliations, supplier payments, and monitoring the PO system
  • Manage the sales ledger, including credit control for problematic accounts, issuing customer invoices, and monitoring the sales order/project apron system
  • Complete monthly nominal reconciliations and revenue returns, as well as project P&Ls and quarterly cash flow analysis as requested by the Managing Director

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage 50 Accounts
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Suite
  • Experienced Senior Bookkeeper
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Limerick, County Limerick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • SAGE: 2 years (required)
  • Office admin: 2 years (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)
