ECS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a client based in Limerick.
Our client is a leading provider of Data, Voice, and Wireless Network Solutions in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bank transactions, including entries and lodgements, and report balances to the Managing Director
- Handle the purchase ledger, including monthly creditor reconciliations, supplier payments, and monitoring the PO system
- Manage the sales ledger, including credit control for problematic accounts, issuing customer invoices, and monitoring the sales order/project apron system
- Complete monthly nominal reconciliations and revenue returns, as well as project P&Ls and quarterly cash flow analysis as requested by the Managing Director
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage 50 Accounts
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Suite
- Experienced Senior Bookkeeper
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
