The Role
Objective and Responsibilities
Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.
● Ensure fulfilment of customer’s gold loan requirement ● Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process ● Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touch stone, acid and salt water ● Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
● Build long-term relationship with customers for future business
● Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage locations
Skills & Requirements
Must haves
● Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on the location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus ● Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications ● Two-wheeler and license for travel ● Technical Skills - Ability to use touch stone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc
● Good communication and convincing skills.
● Ensuring right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
