Temporary Client Service Specialist [United States]


 

House of Sillage is seeking a Temporary Client Service Specialist. The Client Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, as well as customer service requests. You must enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and globally oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, prior customer service experience, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Client Service Specialist Job Description:

  • Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Provides outreach support for Marketing Team by contacting new social media influencers as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Customers to alleviate Customer Service Issues
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to provide Customer Service replacements as necessary, and approved
  • Be the liaison between Customers and UPS, coordinating and closing out UPS shipping claims

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Appropriate email and phone etiquette required
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, or similar E-Commerce shopping site preferred
  • Experience with Zoom, Slack, and Gmail strongly preferred
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
