STORES ASSISTANT / STOCK CONTROLLER
SALARY: £11.00 per hour
LOCATION: BRAINTREE, ESSEX
JPJ are the country's leading and most respected supplier and installer of Kawneer products and we are now looking for a stores/warehouse assistant to join our growing team.
Reporting into the Stores Supervisor you will be responsible for:
· Accepting goods into the warehouse
· Booking goods in/out of the company stock system
· Carry out goods inspection on incoming parts
· Working through picking lists in order to locate items required
· Monitoring stock levels and re-ordering when required
· Assist with stock checks
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, but full training will be provided. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and is flexible in their approach. This is a ‘hands on’ role with some heavy lifting, therefore you must be able to undertake the physical aspects of the role.
Previous experience working with SAGE would be advantageous although training will be given.
Basic hours are 40 per week from 05:30 – 14:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break. Flexibility with regards to working hours can be discussed. Working hours during the training period will likely be 07:30 - 16:00.
