CSR - Inbound/Outbound [Pakistan]


 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in both domestic and international call centers, handling inbound and outbound calls. In addition, the candidate should be proficient in providing chat support through platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email responses. The candidate should be between the ages of 20 and 25, with a preference for at least an intermediate level of education. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
  • Provide chat support through various platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email responses.
  • Address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a domestic and international call center, handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proficiency in providing chat support through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email responses.
  • Age between 20 and 25.
  • At least an intermediate level of education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and chat interactions.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
