Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Acting as first point of contact of the Firm to handle and deal with incoming correspondences, mails, phone calls
- Providing administrative and clerical support to Partners
- Monitoring Partners’ email and drafting response, if necessary
- Organising travel arrangement and hotel reservations
- Managing Partners' schedules with respect to meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings, if necessary
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Various ad hoc requests
