Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact of the Firm to handle and deal with incoming correspondences, mails, phone calls
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to Partners
  • Monitoring Partners’ email and drafting response, if necessary
  • Organising travel arrangement and hotel reservations
  • Managing Partners' schedules with respect to meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings, if necessary
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests
