Responsibilities:
Responsibility for sales and budget planning and implementation
Implementation and execution of strategies to increase sales and optimize the outlet business across the country
Observation of the competition and derivation of measures for competitive improvement
Identify and evaluate new locations in Poland to expand the outlet business
Plan and implement expansion strategies, including overseeing permitting, construction processes, and marketing activities
Collaborate with headquarters to ensure all expansions comply with company policies and standards#
Lead and develop the team and promote a positive work culture
Work closely with the Retail Manager in Austria and with the Retail - Outlet business team in Denmark to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in retail management ideally in a regional position
Excellent operational knowledge of the outlet market in Poland
Understanding of key KPIs such as sales, GM, cost percentages and inventory turns and ability to optimize processes based on these KPIs
In-depth knowledge of people & lead performance to effectively lead and motivate teams
High level of initiative, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Success-oriented mindset with proven track record in driving revenue and handling challenges
Hands-on mentality, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a creative and dynamic environment
High willingness to travel domestically and abroad
Fluency in English and Polish to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
