Primary Responsibilities:
· Design, Develop and deliver training programs that improve communication skills.
· Identify training needs and develop customized programs for each group.
· Conduct training sessions offline to Students from Class 1 to 10th class.
· Engaging soft skills training programs for the Trainers of Kakatiya School (TTT).
· Develop training materials, including presentation, handouts, and online resources.
· Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify new training needs and opportunities.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
· Stay up-to-date with current communication trends, tools and techniques.
· Maintain the records of training activities and student progress.
· Continuously monitor and improve the quality of training programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Preferred (Communication, Soft skills trainer)
0-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs in any sector or educational setting.
Excellent Communication Skills
Minimum knowledge working with MS-Office and other applications related to the communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for continuous learning and personal development.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
