We're looking for:- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Property /
- Real Estate Management or Engineering or Project Management,
- have a solid track record in the management of group of properties Proven,
- demonstrable experience in formulating property and workplace strategy,
- excellent client liaison and people management skills,
- have a keen interest in leadership and business development Good analytical,
- financial and numeracy skills Solid knowledge of contracts and the legal framework.
