Key job responsibilities
- Platform development in a complex open-source based multi-cloud environment.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and execution.
- Identify and integrate open-source technologies that should be used inside platform.
- Follow closely open-source and cloud computing technology trends and development.
- Actively participate in an agile and lean teamwork.
- Participate in maintenance and customer support.
Qualifications (not all mandatory but we expect a healthy dose of those + a willingness to learn)
- Cloud & infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure/OpenStack/Bare metal, virtualisation)
- Backend development (Typescript, Node.js, microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, containers)
- Frontend development (Typescript, React.js, toolchains, component libraries)
- Server development (Linux, TCP/IP, TLS, proxies, sockets, security)
- Platform development (API gateways, message queues, Kubernetes, Kubernetes operators)
- DevOps (CI/CD, Gitlab, release automation, monitoring)
- IAM (OpenID, OAuth, Keycloak, SAML)
- Software architecture (microservices, distributed systems, sync/async messaging)
- Maintenance & customer support (problem solving, good communication skills)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or Math
- Fluent English
