Employee Job Description: Client Relations Specialist (CRS)
The CRS is the primary contact for administrative matters concerning clients and scheduling of 1 on 1 appointments. The following is a general description of the duties and responsibilities of a CRS:
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for acquiring new clients on patient portals as assigned by the Executive team.
- Responsible for on-boarding new clients.
- Responsible for administrative orientation, via telehealth, for families.
- Responsible for management and maintenance of client records.
- Responsible for exiting a client.
Duties and Responsibilities related to scheudling may also include:
- Assisting in creating and managing employee and client schedules.
- Assisting in accurate input of scheduled appointments and providing coding guidance when needed.
- Assisting in communicating schedule-related matters to employees as well as clients.
- Assisting in addressing cancellations and coordinating coverage/makeup time.
- Assisting in employee timesheet adjustments as supported by Financial Specialist.
- Other duties may be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
