Who we're looking for?
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our team in Germany. You can be based out of our Munich or Berlin studio.
Main responsibilities
As a Client Manager you will be the main point of contact for our clients and responsible for the independent preparation and implementation of projects (research, organisation, documentation, preparation and control of timings, budgets and resources, etc.), You will ensure the implementation of our business philosophy with clients and within the agency, ensuring cooperation between our disciplines (designers, strategists etc.) to ensure that our results are always first class. Additionally, you will also share responsibility for, managing and monitoring client profitability.
Your experience
You will have professional experience and knowledge of processes in agencies as well as processes in brand consulting and a high level of interest and basic understanding of brand management and design processes, their realisation and implementation. You will also have experience in budget and project planning, time management and use of resources, independent client management and development over a longer period of time.
Your skills
You have the ability to inspire and develop clients and can solve problems, even when the pressure increases. You find it exciting and non-intimidating to present topics in front of clients and discuss them with them and you have an excellent way with words - both spoken and written. Additionally, you have a high degree of independence, motivation and enjoy working with the client, our team as well as our network.
Please note you must be fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
