MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Representative!
General Description: The BDR is responsible for generating prospects and leads for sales. The BDR will be doing both office work and field work.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6 PM - 2 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
- Generating Prospects & Leads for Sales
- Client Outreach (Phone, Email or Field)
- Scheduling Business Meetings with Prospects
- Coordinating Deliverables for Clients with the Proper Departments
- Recording / Data Entry of Client sales information
Requirements:
- Willing to do Field Sales is a MUST
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
- Has at least 6 months Sales Experience (Both in BPO and Field)
- Has experience with Lead & Prospect Generation
- Has experience with Planning & Recording Deal Pipelines
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 40,000 - 45,000
- New hire bonus of 5,000
- Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
- Travel allowance of 3,500 - 4,000
