MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional-level experience in business or public administration;
Or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) year of experience for each year of the required degree.
Job Responsibilities
- The principal purpose of this position is to develop and implement processes for reporting and analyzing data for the AFS Workforce, to analyze and improve data and reporting processes for AFS programs, and to develop and implement tools and processes to support program and field staff.
- This position will analyze data and processes to identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies and plan and implement solutions for improvement.
- The objective of this position is to meet federal and state reporting requirements for AFS and to create a data-driven culture for AFS where leaders at all levels embrace the value of data, have a clear understanding of their data, and feel empowered and equipped to make data-driven decisions for their teams.
- Will work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
