Ensuring that all the properties are listed online through all the portals. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is a well-organized individual. You will be working on sales and rental properties and working closely with our agents; therefore, we are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full knowledge of DLD and Trakheesi portals (knows how to create Contracts A, B, F, NOCs, MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and other forms)
- Experienced Listing Administration - Bayut Brokerpad, Property Finder- MyCRM, Dubizzle, CRM
- Knowledgeable in generating electronic advertisement permits
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager.
- Coordinate and administrate the operations activities of the sales and leasing team, coordinate for necessary leads follow-ups and assign viewings.
- Checking all the listing documents and ensuring that all the details are correct before publishing any property.
- Editing & re-publishing of listings. Work on the database of leads formatting them and getting them up to date.
- Organize the data.
- Appling for a permit number for each listing through Trakheesi system & coordinate with the agents to have the updated documents when it got expired.
- Managing the portal listing usage “premium /featured & refreshes”.
- To be perfect in MOU's, DLD knowledge, portal listings, handling calls and quick response, attentive, trustworthy.
- Monitor and track the new leads coming in and format them weeding out all unwanted information keeping them usable for the team to work on.
- Other key tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Real Estate is a plus.
- Attention to Detail
- Uphold RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
- Expert with CRM and all MS Office suite applications.
- Excellent marketing research skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Working under time constraints
- Organizational skills
