Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Team lead/Senior Full Stack Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client's product is a Web3 Simulated Racing Platform (Decentralized Gaming for the next generation of players). They are seeking a person to lead a development team and deliver high-quality development solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling cloud-based web applications from scratch, leading teams, and also having a passion for the emerging blockchain space.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Node.js and React experience of at least 8 years), with a proven track record of building cloud-based web applications from scratch.
- Team leading experience is a must.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge of modern web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and experience with serverless architectures, microservices and containerization.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, TypeGraphQL.
- Experience with AWS CDK and AWS SDK for developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality code that is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of cloud-based web applications from design (in Figma) to deployment, utilizing modern web technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Drive technical innovation and excellence within the team and the organization, by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Define and implement technical standards, processes, and methodologies that optimize development efficiency and quality.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and security of our applications.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
