The Fillmore Collective is looking for motivated individuals to join our team! We are looking for people with positive attitudes, who are responsible, fun-loving, team-players that enjoy working in the restaurant business.
- Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing.
- Set up the tables with the correct number of place settings.
- Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times, following health and safety practices.
- Readily stand by at the pass, pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest.
- The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest.
- Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs.
- Assisting station-in-charge to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and to detail tables in between courses.
- Clear the table once guests have finished their meals.
- Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher and other cleaning duties.
