- Identifying and creating new franchises
- Monitoring and tracking new franchises
- Overlook all the activities for franchise stability
- Allocating and managing companies resources
- Create and execute the strategies for the growth of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in a related role (preferred in franchise related companies).
- Successful track record of exceeding aggressive franchise sales goals and maintaining operations balance.
- Familiarity with sales and business development principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Docs.
