If gardening and helping people with their gardening needs is your passion, then your destination is our Garden department. Plants, irrigation, fertiliser, pest control solutions and all the accessories needed to develop and maintain a successful garden are found within this department – and your knowledge and interest in this area will help you succeed.
We are looking for someone with:
- Effective selling skills and commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm and team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of plants and experience in garden sales would be highly advantageous
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
Previous retail experience and/or experience within this department will be viewed very favourably.
This is a full-time role. Hours for this role will include at least working one day in the weekend. Roster will be discussed in the interview.
