Responsible for high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Developing and implementing the market and sales strategies, maintains relationship with existing and potential clients. Competition benchmarking, Market insights, Clients prefer and behaviour, planning and execution of VM interventions Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so Inventory accuracy/stock reconciliation Measuring the KPI and KRA, Identify areas of improvements and develop plans to rectify them. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements Responsible for driving topline, shrinkage control, standards as per internal audit, expenses control, driving bottom line.
