Nemours is seeking a Patient Services Representative II - Orthopaedics to join our team in Delaware.

To keep pace with the changing health care environment and build a healthier future for our children, Nemours has embarked on a multi-phase expansion to cre! ate a children's hospital like no other in the region. Upon co! mpletion in June 2014, the hospital will include private patient rooms, a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and a new expanded Emergency Department.
Responsible for patient scheduling for all Orthopedic specialties.
Answers calls and takes messages.
Schedules, confirms and reschedules patient appointments.
Regularly updates provider schedules and availability.
Verifies patient demographic and insurance information and records changes to ensure patients are registered under their current health plan.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer/typing skills required.
Clerical experience in a physician's office preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
