Main features needed: - Patient Management - Laboratory with csv report imports - Letters with automatically text blocks - Invoicing based on the Lab Requests - User role based Overview (Laboratory, Administration) - Import of old Invoices and client data as well as doctor's letters - Development in English, We need the possibility to translate it to German Our application should be developed on GNU Health, but we don't need all the modules what comes with it. Main Menu Delete: Appointments Prescriptions Hospitalization Pediatrics Nursing Health Services Add: Doctors Letters Patient's Mask / View: Delete: Medicamentation, Familiy, Diseases, Surgeries, Genetics, Lifestyle, Socioeconomics Add: Doctor's Letters, Lab Results, Documents attachments, Lab Request (with special form) Client search by Name or DoB Laboratory Modify: We need a modification of the lab request input mask to make it with checkboxes what tests will be needed (multiple choices have to be possi! ble) Very essential is that all the lab results should be show! n in the patient if you open one. If a lab test is pending - it should be shown for the user group laboratory on the "to do" list.
The lab test itself should be imported by a csv file (in the best case automatically each hour or something like this named with the patients id) Doctor's Letters The doc's letters are one of the main functions what will be needed in our project. If the lab diagnostics are finished, they should be written (if patient is insuranced) to the doctor or the hospital. There should be several text blocks with predefined variables (from the lab report) and we will need something similar like word or a good rich text editor. It will be perfect if the possibility exists to make a diagram of the past values of the patient lab reports and paste them easily to the letter.
Very important is that all the letters belong to one client have to be stored by the client to get easy access to it if the client has some questions for his past analytic! s, etc. Invoicing For the invoicing we will insert predefined services belong to the lab reports. Each lab report have a fixed price. If a patient got a lab report, the invoice should include automatically the service with the right description and price.
Important is also, that the invoice goes in the most cases to the hospital directly. In some cases to the patient and in some cases to the patients parents. There should be a fix discount for some hospitals, doctors. It should be possible to export all monthly invoices with one click to a predefined csv file.
