To keep pace with the changing health care environment and build a healthier future for our children, Nemours has embarked on a multi-phase expansion to create a children’s hospital like no other in the! region. Upon completion in June 2014, the hospital will inclu! de private, family-centered, technologically advanced patient rooms, a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and a new expanded Emergency Department.
This is an exceptional opportunity to continue your career with a group of seven Pediatric Surgeons at our full-service, free-standing children’s hospital. Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is the only children’s hospital in Delaware and the state’s only Pediatric Trauma Center. Our hospital is located within a two-hour commute of almost 50 million people (including 12+ million children). As a Nemours Pediatric Surgeon, you will have continued opportunities to expand your practice and to participate and lead in the development of innovative pediatric healthcare initiatives.
The successful candidate needs to be BC/BE in Pediatric Surgery.
