We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing account in Greece and to make the team even stronger. As an extension of the project, we are in the process of hiring a third team to further enhance our capabilities.
Our customer is one of the Greek Banks. EPAM teams are collaborating to build a Digital Waves Transformation journey with the goal of establishing a long-term client relationship. In this exciting endeavor, EPAM teams will be responsible for developing a Mobile application from scratch, as well as actively participating in the development of Web applications for the customer.
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of this project. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the maximization of the value of the outcome of each iteration and product increment
- Support the business analysis function in close collaboration with the client
- Constantly work on refining the squads' backlogs
- Contribute to refining the delivery model in collaboration with the BA lead
- Participate and represent the squads in the scaled agile ceremonies
- Liaison with the client during the discovery phase to understand the agile practices in place (if involved during the discovery phase)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or Consultancy role
- Experience of building roadmaps for Web and Mobile applications
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Agile practices
- PO experience under a scaled agile framework
- Business analysis or product owner experience in the banking/finance sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client management skills
