Role Purpose:
The Jr Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the Salesforce platform, including extending our Sales and Marketing Salesforce Cloud environment and applications as part of our global enterprise strategy. The role’s primary goal involves Jr Salesforce Administration duties and customization to our specific organization requirements as the Administrator advises. This position works closely with the Salesforce Administrator to identify, develop, and deploy business processes.
Accountability and Key Results
- Regular administrative support of the Salesforce platform including, but not limited to, user setup, permissions management, object customization, layout changes, security controls, and data manipulation including complex reports and dashboards.
- Interact directly with Salesforce users, and team leads as necessary to analyze objectives and requirements for projects based on the company goals and business processes.
- Design and develop customization in Salesforce including object structures, flows, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other applications to support critical business functions.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
- Resolve day-to-day issues, maintain data cleanup projects, ensure data integrity.
- Document technical details of solutions / Create & implement test plans.
- Understand and work with Lightning.
- Timeliness and effectiveness of resolving internal Salesforce tickets and requests.
- Adoption of new Salesforce skills that help support the overall business goals for Prophecy.
- Cleanliness of Salesforce data (duplicate lead checks, fields filled in properly, processes followed).
- Help users throughout the organization to make the most efficient use of the platforms.
- Administrative support on other platforms / systems, i.e., deal hub, etc. including data entry, reports and dashboards.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by immediate Supervisor and/ or Management.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience / Trailhead experience (preferred).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite and other Applications.
- Able to build dashboards, reports, flows, custom objects, and validation rules in Salesforce.
- Effective communication skills with ability to document clearly.
- Ability to work with application users and provide tools they need to do their job.
- Experience with Data Loader.
- Able to collaborate / provide consultation on Salesforce solutions to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Learn business processes including sales, finances, products, and services.
- Creative approach to coming up with solutions to problems or find a more efficient way to use available resources.
- Ability and desire to take on other responsibilities outside the scope of the job description.
- Enthusiasm for working in a small and passionate team.
- Adjust to an agile environment / Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Effectively convey an accurate, complete, and concise message verbally and in writing.
- Collaborative problem solving, design, and creating quality solutions are essential.

Pay: Php65,000.00 per month
