Administrative clerk [Malaysia]


 

1. Perform general administrative and clerical duties. 2. Data entry for monthly invoices and expenses of the company. 3. Managing incoming and outgoing client documents. 4. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. 5. To liaise with government bodies to ensure the legality and compliances matters. 6. Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form. 7. Generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF. 8. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
