Our Management Training Program has been created to recruit and develop strong business leaders. Our Management Training Program consists of three-month rotations in 4 high performing offices in Delaware . Upon completion, graduates will be placed in a Client Services Manager position with continued growth opportunities within our organization.
To qualify, you must be able to complete training rotations in our New Castle and Milford offices, and relocate within 4 offices in Delaware upon completion of the training program.
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you can expect to:
Gain hands-on experience working! in a home health care service office
Answer client inquir! es, take referrals for new cases, and schedule home care services
Source, interview, test and orient reliable and compassionate clinical staff (nurses, home health aides and therapists)
Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources, clients and staff
Facilitate local marketing and recruiting events to build a strong presence in the community
Learn budgeting processes to create financial growth for a home care office
Take part in a Case Study and present to Executive Management Committee
Complete 2 rotations in 2 locations throughout Western, PA to gain exposure to multiple lines of business
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
GPA of 3.0 or higher required
2 â€" 3 years minimum of professional work experience
Willingness to complete three two-month rotations throughout the state ( depending upon location, this will require you to reside in extended stay facilities for up to six months )
F! lexibility to relocate within identified region at the end of six month program, based on needs of the organization
Demonstrated record of leadership and goal achievement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to “think outside the boxâ€
Demonstrated record of volunteer and/or community involvement
